Meghalaya Covid victim has a travel story with the relatives. The news created a total havoc and raised corona fear among the state natives.
A relative of the first positive case of the COVID-19 in Meghalaya could possibly have visited countries affected by the virus, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma informed.
“We cannot say it with full proof evidence but the most likely scenario is linked to one of the family members travel history. We are still investigating the matter”, the Chief Minister said.
He further informed that all the decisions taken yesterday in the cabinet meeting stands nullified. “The cabinet decided to follow the old protocols to which new notification will be issued”, said the Chief Minister, while informing that inter-district movement will be restricted.
