The Silchar Truck Driver’s Association had indefinitely stopped the movement of lorries from Assam and other states to Mizoram from 6 am on Saturday and may be extended up to the solution. The daughters of the truck drivers and their wives also joined the protest by blocking the trucks bound for Mizoram.
